Shibori Workshop - King Living Room
Our classmate Nan Cormier will share her love of shibori, an ancient Japanese indigo shape-resist dying technique where fabric is folded, twisted, or stitched before dying. Get ready to make your own tote bag for Reunion weekend—and beyond. To sign up, email us at smithcollegeclassof1985@gmail.com before May 1 so we can order the bags!

Tea and General Hospital Catch Up - King Living Room
Was General Hospital part of your routine at Smith? Even if it wasn’t, take this trip down memory lane with old and new friends as we catch up on a few decades of storylines. If you are a devoted fan, please make your special requests for favorite moments/episodes!

Night at the Museum
Join classmates on a treasure hunt to seek out the subject of your Art 100 final paper or another favorite piece. Fun fact: Three classmates have donated eight pieces of art to the collection.

President's State of the College address
Let’s come together at President Sarah’s State of the College address and then go explore the Neilson Library and Botanical Garden open houses.

Class Program Resting to Rise: A private "office hour" conversation with Smith Psychology Professor Benita Jackson
Join our private conversation with Professor Jackson about how breathwork, meditation, and sleep can empower us as changemakers, caregivers, ad women “of a certain age"; how her research was inspired by the work of our classmate, Colorado College Professor, Tomi-Ann Roberts, and how we can transform our lives by “resting to rise.”

Class Program Spectrum of Desire: Gender and Sexuality in Medieval Art with classmate and Met curator, Melanie Holcomb
Join our classmate Melanie Holcomb for a preview of her upcoming exhibit at the Met, Spectrum of Desire: Gender and Sexuality in Medieval Art. Though we might think of the Middle Ages as a repressive moment in history, works of art reveal that medieval people were thinking about gender expression, gender identity, and erotic unions in complex, often surprising ways.

All-Reunion Memorial Service at Helen Hills Hills Chapel
Join our classmate Rev. Meredith Tobin Heffner at this memorial service, where we will honor our classmates who have died since 2015. We need ten volunteers to commit to attend this service. Please contact us at smithclassof1985@gmail.com if you would like to volunteer.
